The panelists discussed the Executive Order on Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets, U.S. Department of the Treasury report, bank regulatory agency statements, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) developments and litigation, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulation, state law developments, pending legislation, and international developments including regulation in Dubai and adoption of the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation.
