Diana served as Chair and moderator for the ABA Showcase Panel in Toronto, ON, Canada on the 2025 U.S. tariffs. The discussion started with an introduction on tariffs, trade agreements, and sanctions. Then focus moved to the Executive Orders imposing U.S. tariffs, responses from Canada and Mexico, and litigation in the United States. Topics also included business and economic impact, banking and commercial lending, and launch of the 2026 review of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
